People's History to be miniseries, docu
Howard Zinn's 1980 book, A People's History of the United States, will be turned into a miniseries and documentary from executive producer Chris Moore (HBO's Project Greenlight). The project, titled The People Speak, will feature music and readings based on struggles and issues in American history, like war, class, race and women's rights. Attached to the project are Matt Damon, Marisa Tomei, Viggo Mortensen, Josh Brolin, Danny Glover, David Strathairn and Kerry Washington.
