Balthazar to remake foreign hit
Writer-director Nic Balthazar will remake Ben X, which premiered to big box office returns in his home country of Belgium, for the U.S. market. The $2 million drama is about an autistic teenager who uses violent video games as a way to escape constant bullying at school. The original film is Belgium's entry in next year's foreign-language Oscar race.
