Eisenberg, Bartha to be Jews
Jesse Eisenberg and Justin Bartha will star as drug-dealing Hasidic Jews in Holy Rollers, a comic drama to be directed by Kevin Asch. Set in 1999 and inspired by true-crime headlines, the film follows Eisenberg as an impressionable youth who begins dealing drugs with a friend (Bartha) who shares ties with a larger drug cartel. Antonio Macia wrote the screenplay.
