Del Toro is a Champion
A 1960s British sci-fi series will get the remake-on-the-silver-screen treatment, courtesy of writer-director Guillermo del Toro. The film, based on the 30-episode series The Champions, is in the early stages of development. It focuses on a trio of secret government agents whose lives were saved after being rescued by an advanced civilization following a plane crash.
