Cyrus, Rulin learn to fly
Billy Ray Cyrus and Olesya Rulin have joined the family-friendly indie film, Flying By, which begins shooting Nov. 26 in San Diego. The film, also starring Oscar winner Patricia Neal, Robert Gossett and Eric Allan Kramer, is about a businessman’s decision to put everything on the line to be in a rock band. Cyrus will play the businessman and Rulin will be his supportive daughter. Jim Amatulli will direct.
