Wheeler taps an Arcanum director
Randall Wallace has been tapped to direct The Arcanum, an adaptation of Thomas Wheeler's debut novel. Wheeler also wrote the script. The film, set in 1919, follows a secret society, aka The Arcanum, that must face off with a powerful force that threatens the world. Members of the society include magician Harry Houdini and horror writer H.P. Lovecraft. The film's cast has yet to be announced.
