Universal gets Remarkable
Universal Pictures has picked up the pitch for The Remarkable Fellows, an action buddy flick that Joe Carnahan will write and direct. Jason Bateman, who worked with Carnahan on Smokin' Aces, helped to work on the outline of the story and will play one of the lead roles. The story follows two brother who take over their family business, part of which includes getting vengeance for their clients. The brothers are described as "part James Bond and part Ricky Jay".
