Point Break 2 in the works
Peter Iliff is set to write and direct Point Break 2, a sequel to the surfing crime thriller that he co-wrote 20 years ago. The new movie will be set in Southeast Asia as it sets out to uncover the fate of Bodhi, the surfer's leader, who was supposedly killed by a giant wave. The movie looks at a surfer-turned Navy SEAL who is on the trail of a criminal gang. The movie is planned for release in late 2008.
