Murphy goes to Fantasy Island
Eddie Murphy is set to play multiple roles in Columbia Pictures' big screen adaptation of Fantasy Island. The show is based on the popular television series that ran from 1978-84. Ricardo Montalban starred along with a variety of guest stars who were popular performers of the day. The project is described as a family comedy and will be written by Jay Scherick and David Ronn, both of Norbit.
