Writers have Mercy
Deborah Kaplan and Harry Elfont are set to write the screenplay for the Columbia Pictures film Sisters of Mercy. The project is being developed as a potential starring vehicle for Will Smith. The story centers on a widower and father who finds new friends in members of his wife's book club. They soon overrun his life with advice about both parenting and dating.
