Universal Hires Director for Drag Racing Flick
Universal Pictures has hired Alejandro Lozano to direct Live Bet, a drag racing movie starring Curtis (50 Cent) Jackson. The film will be set in the world of underground clubs and illegal street racing, at several locations including New York, Las Vegas and Philadelphia. Charley and Vlas Parlapanides wrote the original script, which is being rewritten by Lozano and Tony Dalton.
