Jason Lee to Rock in Krater
Jason Lee (My Name is Earl; Almost Famous) will produce and star in Krater, a comedy for Warner Bros. Pictures. The studio obtained the story from writer J.D. Ryznar, with Scott M. Martin also producing. Krater is set in the late '70s and early '80s and follows the leader (Lee) of a rock band (called Krater) who struggles with success after they hire a new lead singer. Lee also played in a fictional rock band in Cameron Crowe's Almost Famous.
