Hounsou Fits in the Trunk
Djimon Hounsou (In America; Blood Diamond) will star in The Trunk, an urban drama directed by Sylvain White. Joseph A. Elmore Jr. wrote the story, about a talented inner-city musician who is on the verge of breaking out and becoming a star. But he discovers that even some of his close friends are trying to keep him down. Others in the cast include Brian White, Boris Kodjoe and Thomas Krestchmann. Filming will begin later this year in San Francisco.
