Fox Buys Rotten School
20th Century Fox has bought the film rights to The Rotten School, author R.L. Stine's children's book series. The stories center on the wacky boarding school adventures of student Bernie Bridges as he works against his teachers and rival students. The first book in the series, The Big Blueberry Bar-Off! was released last year and the ninth book, Party Poopers, will soon be released. Before The Rotten School, Stine made his name with popular book series Goosebumps.
