Universal Nabs Leading Man
Universal Pictures has bought the film rights to Oni Press comic book The Leading Man, from writer B. Clay Moore and artist Jermey Haun. The comic story is about the adventures of the world's greatest movie star, Nick Walter. Walter is actually an international spy and he uses his celebrity status, access, famous lifestyle, and his movies' international location shoots as cover. The first issue of the series was just published July 13.
