Warner Sleepy for Novel
Warner Bros. has obtained the film rights to Tom Sniegoski's novel Sleeper Code. The young adult thriller, first in a series, will be transformed into an adult franchise. Jason Keller has been tapped to write the adaptation. In the story, the main character suffers from a bad case of narcolepsy, which forces him to stay home and be home-schooled. But when his psychologist is killed and his files are stolen, he realizes that he hasn't actually been sleeping at all. Peter Donaldson, Stacy Maes and Jay Sanders will produce Sleeper Code.
