Ritchie to Direct Static
Guy Ritchie (Snatch) will direct the gangster flick Static for Columbia Pictures. He will also rewrite, along with Martin Askew, Brad Gann's original spec script. The movie will be abolut a gangster who is wrongly imprisoned. With his loyal crew, he tries to make his way through town against shady cops and rival gangmembers in order to testify against the crooked cops who first locked him up.
