Warner Buys Dirty Book
Warner Bros. Pictures has bought the film rights to Martin Kihn's nonfiction book A$$hole!: How I Got Rich & Happy by Not Giving a F#@% About You. The story with the profane title follows Kihn and his tranformation from a nice guy to a total jerk. He came up with the idea after being told by his bosses at the ad agency where he works that he was just too nice to ever be promoted. So he enrolled in acting classes, saw a career coach and a "rational emotive therapist", and took boxing classes in order to become more agressive. Kihn says that it worked professionally but that "personally, it was a disaster."
