City Lights to Distribute Killers
City Lights Pictures Releasing has obtained the worldwide distribution rights to the documentary Suicide Killers. Director Pierre Rehov's film looks at the phenomenon of suicide bombers via interviews with their family members as well as with the prisoners whose attempts were not successful. The provocative film is said to reveal some surprising and shocking motivations of these suicide killers. It will be given a one week Oscar-qualifying run in New York next month, with a limited rollout in select markets tentatively set for later in the year.
