Spielberg, Paramount to Explore Space
Steven Spielberg and Paramount Pictures will team to develop a sci-fi adventure story, from a treatment by noted Cal Tech physicist Kip S. Thorne. The story will follow a group of space explorers who travel through a wormhole and end up in another dimension. Spielberg hopes that he will direct the movie, but it most likely will not be his next effort. Thorne is well known for his controversial theory which posited that wormholes not only exist, but that they can also be used as portals for time traveling.
