Broken Lizard Will Swap Wives
Warner Bros. has obtained the rights to Take My Wife, from a script by Broken Lizard comedy troupe veteran Paul Soter and Lee Ellenberg. Jay Chandrasekhar will direct the comedy. The movie will be about an average guy who jokingly agrees to trade spouses with a Hollywood movie star, setting off a hilarious (and disastrous) chain of events. Chandrasekhar, Soter,, and other members of the Broken Lizard team will produce, including Kevin Heffernan, Steve Lemme and Eric Stolhanske. Another Broken Lizard comedy, Beerfest, will be released by Warner Bros. this August.
