Media Makes Space Disaster
Media 8 Entertainment is co-producing, financing and distributing Challenger, by director Philip Kaufman (The Right Stuff). Recent Academy Award nominee David Strathairn (Good Night, and Good Luck.) will play an accomplished and famous scientist who probes the space shuttle Challenger disaster. The film is an investigative drama, similar to The Insider. Nicole Perlman wrote the screenplay. Code Entertainment and Carol Baum Productions will produce along with Media 8.
