Oscar Winner MacDonald Takes the 28th
Oscar winning documentary director Kevin MacDonald is on board to direct 28th Amendment. The political thriller, about a president who discovers his life in danger after he learns that a secret organization is actually running the government, has been sitting around for several years since Warner Bros. first purchased the rights in 1999. MacDonald won his Oscar for One Day in September.
