Terri Schiavo is Back
The controversial Terri Schiavo story may be on its way to the big screen. The longtime battle between Terry's parents and her husband to remove her from life support finally ended last year, after numerous court battles and even Congressional intervention. A group of four producers, led by Mike Farrell and Lawrence Bender, have optioned the right's to husband Michael Schiavo's book, Terri: The Truth. No screenwriter will be hired until the producers sell the project to a movie studio or television network.
