Lionsgate says Don't Tell
Lionsgate has picked up U.S. distribution rights to Cristina Comencini's Don't Tell (La bestia nel cuore). The film was Italy's submission for consideration in the foreign-language film category at the Academy Awards. The movie stars Giovanna Mezzogiorno and has been a large hit in Italy, where it has made over $7 million. The story centers on a young woman named Sabina who finds her idyllic existence taken away by traumatic nightmares caused by her childhood. When she flies to the U.S. to visit her older brother, she realizes that he is suffering from the same trauma.
