Cast set for Lullaby
Josh Hartnett, John Malkovich, Ellen Barkin, Alison Lohman and Tom Waits are all in line to star in Texas Lullaby. An indie flick inspired by Shakespeare's Hamlet, the film is being directed by Malcolm Venville from a screenplay by Steve Allison. The movie is set in East Texas in the late 1980s and centers on a young man who is tortured by the mysterious death of his father. He is trying to put the pieces together to determined why it happened, and is also bothered by the fact that his mother is now married to his dad's brother - the town sheriff. Lohman will play the young man's girlfriend.
