Foxx goes for Blood
Jamie Foxx will star in Paramount Pictures' Blood on the Leaves, an adaptation of a novel by Jeff Stetson. Stetson will handle the screenplay himself. The story centers on a district attorney who has to contend with feelings of revenge when he prosecutes a black history professor. The man is on trial for murders of white men who have been accused of crimes against blacks in the midst of the civil rights movement. Foxx would play the D.A.
