Twain adaptation in production
Mark Gordon and Jeffrey Hatcher, the producer and screenwriter behind Casanova, have set up an adaptation of the Mark Twain classic The Prince and the Pauper at Sony. The story is set in 16th century London and will have a similar tone to that of Pirates of the Caribbean. The story centers on two men from completely different sides of the class order who agree to trade places.
