Rothman gets Early Bird
Rodney Rothman's book Early Bird: a Memoir of Premature Retirement has been acquired by Paramount. It had originally been planned as a television series, but will now be a feature film. The book centers on Rothman's experiences as a 20-something writer who loses his TV job. He then moves to a Florida retirement community to live that lifestyle - and learns to love it.
