Van Peebles has Hard Luck
Mario Van Peebles will direct Hard Luck, a movie that is set to star Wesley Snipes. Additionally, Cybill Shepherd is in talks for a major role. The thriller will follow three interconnected storylines that involve bootleggers, drug dealers and a serial killer. Snipes will play a former drug dealer who tries to go straight, but wavers when he comes across a cache of hidden drugs. Shepherd would play a suburban housewife with a very dark side.
