New Line likes Santa
New Line Cinemas has hired Seth Bass and Jonathan Tolins to write the screenplay for SantaKid, a family comedy based on the James Patterson children's book. The story revolves on the ten-year-old daughter of a billionaire who somehow acquires ownership of Santa Claus. When she gets a flawed doll as a gift, she becomes determined to both save Santa and to make Christmas more perfect.
