Faith-based comic to big screen
Platinum Studios and Valhalla Motion Pictures have partnered to produce a theatrical adaptation of the comic book Magdalena, a faith-based book from Top Cow. The story centers on a woman named Patience who learns that she is descended from a line of warrior women who originated with Mary Magdalene. She is charged with saving the world from supernatural evil. Kevin Taft will adapt the screenplay.
