Preston is an Angel
Kelly Preston and Toby Keith are set to star in Angel from Montgomery for Paramount Pictures and MTV Films. Steven Goldmann is directing from a screenplay by Cherie Bennett and Jeff Gottesfeld. Along with Preston and Keith, Burt Reynolds, Willie Nelson and Tess Harper will also star. The story centers on an anchorwoman from Florida (Preston) who returns home to Montgomery, TN after her brother passes away. The movie is planned to be released in 2006, with CMT having television rights after that.
