Cast set for Caveman comedy
A number of cast members have signed on for Homo Erectus: A Caveman Comedy. Adam Rifkin will star in, direct and write the film. Other featured performers will be Ali Larter, David Carradine, Tom Arnold, Talia Shire and newcomer Hayes MacArthur. The movie centers on a philosophical caveman who loves a woman, but she only has eyes for his dumb brother.

Rifkin is Caveman
Adam Rifkin is set to write, star in and direct the comedy Homo Erectus. He'll play a caveman called Ishbo, who yearns for more than a simple life of fire, clubbing meat, and hunting. His tribe, however, thinks his aspirations are the simple ravings of an idiot, even including the cavegirl he loves from afar.
