Paramount chimes Midnight
Paramount Pictures has acquired the rights to the Bella Pollen novel Midnight Cactus. The romance is set amidst the immigration politics that take place at the Arizona-Mexico border. The movie will center on an English woman who falls in love with a man who is working to renovate an abandoned silver mine.
