Paramount is 36
Paramount is set to remake the French cop film 36 Quai des Orfevres. It will be called simply 36, with Marc Forster attached to direct from a Dean Georgaris screenplay. The original movie starred Gerard Depardieu and Daniel Auteuil as detectives who head up plainclothes detective divisions in Paris. The two become competitive as they set out to solve a series of armored car robberies.
