Whedon a Goner
Universal Pictures has purchased Joss Whedon's fantasy thriller spec script Goner, and has plans for him to direct the project. Whedon, who created Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel and has Serenity hitting theaters next week, says that the film will be dark and will center on a young woman's journey - replete with horror and heroics. The timing for the project is unclear, as Whedon also is working on Wonder Woman for Warner Bros.
