Fuqua teams with Paramount
Paramount is in final talks with Antoine Fuqua to helm By Any Means Necessary, an action-adventure based on a screenplay by Dan Pyne. The movie will center on cops who work with a jailed mobster in an attempt to stop a possible terrorist attack.
