Paramount goes back to Summer School
Paramount Pictures will go forward with a remake of Summer School, the 1987 comedy that starred Mark Harmon and was directed by Carl Reiner. Kyle Pennekamp and Scott Turpel will write the screenplay about a chaotic summer high school. The movie's focus will be on a teacher who is looking to be the school's next principal, but a student becomes determined that he will prevent him from achieving that goal.
