Lions Gate and Thomas Jane get graphic
Lions Gate has acquired feature film rights for a series of graphic novels from Steve Niles. The movies are all set to star Thomas Jane (The Punisher), who is launching a production company along with Niles. The movies that will be created under the deal include adaptations of The Lurkers, In the Blood and The Dark Country. Screenwriter Tab Murphy has already been hired to adapt The Dark Country.
