Ice Cube goes back to school
New Line Cinema has purchased the comedy spec pitch Teacher of the Year from writer Jeff Bushell, and is looking to have Ice Cube star in the main role. The story centers on two junior high school teachers who become engaged in a brutal competition to win Teacher of the Year honors.
