Avatar gets Lifers
Avatar, the Los Angeles-based production company, has acquired the sci-fi action spec script Lifers from newcomers Luke Borghi and Bart Rachmil. The movie is described as a sci-fi twist on The Fugitive and tells the story of a boy and girl who find themselves having to solve a mystery. The puzzle involves a future law system where children who are born with a certain specific genetic code are automatically imprisoned.
