Warner Bros. goes to the Yucatan
Warner Bros. will produce and distribute Yucatan, a movie that is based on a project Steve McQueen was developing before he passed away. His son and godson discovered some meticulous leather bound books with the actor's notes and plans for the project, and the actor had intended to helm. They have hired writer Paul Scheuring to write the screenplay, which will center on a group of thieves who go to the Yucatan Peninsula in order to locate treasure that is rumored to be there.
