Madsen gets her Wings
Virginia Madsen is set to star in director Arthur Allan Seidelman's In the Shadow of Wings. The movie is budgeted at $13 million and centers on the true-life based story of an American plastic surgeon (Madsen) whose family is killed in an airplane crash while vacationing in Kenya. The deaths occur under mysterious circumstances, however. Along with Madsen, Tim Roth, Joan Plowright, Clifton Powell, Manuel San Martin, John Kani and Patrick David are in the cast. Howard James Reekie and Richard Alfieri wrote the script.
