Phillips talks to Dogs
Todd Phillips, who previously directed Old School, is set to helm a movie adaptation of Carolyn Parkhurst's The Dogs of Babel for Focus Features. The screenplay is being adapted by Jamie Linden. The movie will center on a linguistics professor who is grieving over the death of his wife. He attempts to learn to talk to his Rhodesian Ridgeback, as it was the only witness to her accident.
