Paramount delivers Mailman
Steven Conrad has been hired to adapt the J. Robert Lennon book Mailman: A Novel for Paramount Pictures. The story centers on a mail carrier named Albert Lippincott. He's super cheerful and overly efficient. He also has a thing for reading other people's mail. When a customer of Lippincott's turns up dead, the mailman realizes he is holding the letter that might have saved the gentleman's life. As a result, he goes out on a cross-country journey to meet up with his own estranged family and try to uncover meaning in his life.
