Director works on Labor Day
Disney has hired director Lexi Alexander to helm the thriller Labor Day, which is based on a script by Christian Gudegast (he rewrote it from work by Ethan Reiff and Cyrus Voris). The story will center on a big-time D.A. who gets the assignment to prosecute the son of an elusive crime lord. However, his wife is kidnapped and the attorney must turn to his wife's former lover, a gangster, for assistance.
