Universal gets the Richest Man
Universal has acquired the pitch The Richest Man in the World from writers Jim Burnstein and Garrett Schiff and set it up as a starring vehicle for George Lopez, who is currently appearing on television in the ABC comedy George Lopez. The story would center on the poorest man in the world having the chance to walk in the shoes of the richest man in the world. Burnstein and Garrett will write the screenplay.
