The Bell Tolls for Leo
Leonardo DiCaprio is in talks to star in a theatrical adaptation of Ernest Hemingway's For Whom the Bell Tolls for Warner Bros. David Benioff (Troy) is adapting the screenplay. DiCaprio would play Robert Jordan, the young American expatriate who joins an anti-fascist guerilla movement in the mountains of Spain. However, DiCaprio will not commit without a director, and one has not currently been named.
