Peet and Mulroney star in Griffin and Phoenix

Amanda Peet and Dermot Mulroney are set to star in Griffin and Phoenix for newbie director Ed Stone, who will work from his own screenplay. The project begins shooting this fall, with Peet and Mulroney playing the title characters. They're lovers who have no idea of the tragic secret each of them possesses.
